Pete Townshend of The Who has revealed in an interview with the Evening Standard that 2015 will be the last big world tour for The Who. The tour will mark the band’s 50th anniversary. Townshend noted that he and Roger Daltrey will continue their solo side projects after the tour. No dates have been announced yet. “For the 50th anniversary we’ll tour the world. It’ll be the last big one for us. There are still plenty of places we’ve not played. It would be good to go to eastern Europe and places that haven’t heard us play all the old hits.” – Pete Townshend
